crazy times

Ok so a lot has happened over the weekend.. i'll start with friday:

I went to work all day then i came home and took a nap. then cara and i went over to the Bens place and the cooked us dinner. it was nice, we met a lot of other people and hung out for awhile. it was interesting to say the least. then i went over to Allyson's party in another building in the commons for 5 minutes to say hi. then cara, trav, the bens, mario, ariel, and more misc. people all went to casa to dance dance dance.. fun time with my friends. then we went back to the bens, and hung out really late.

sat i got up at like 11 and went to kim whites surprise bday party at strouds, then to christy cannells bridal shower. both were fun. then i went to a church picnic thing with cara out in the middle of nowhere. it was fun. i liekd the waterballoon volleyball!
then cara and i went back, got out bathing suits got one of the bens and jumped int eh commons pool for like 5 seconds... it was freezing so we got out and a security guard came, and we just pretended we didnt see him. hhahah...
then we went back to the bens and hung out a long time. danced a bit, chatted a bit, then spoke a bit of french. walked back from the commons with travis, and he was right, it is a pretty long walk. hahha.

when i got home, i decided that i should start packing.. so i stayed up till 5ish and then went to bed to get up for church.

church was nice, then i packed a lot for the rest of the day, then i went to a cookout and played int he pool at courtyard with jim, chuck, kana, dorcas, shumei, trav, nidhi and rithesh. then i packed some more, then had a hot hot date with rach..

for future reference, route 44 slushies at sonic are BIG. wow we got a work out just carrying those bad boys. then we bought a suitcase. hahaha

now i am up to monday. monday i worked all day, moved out of the dorm, (i never have to live in a dorm again!) then i went swimming again at the commons pool with cara, ben, mario, ariel and mark.and some random other people. then they left and lisa and kristin duffie came. then i went back and did some more packign and moving out, then i went to katies place and watched the dogs.
played with them
then went to travis' place. its really nice. we watched gilmore girls then it was stinkin late.
came back. went to bed, woke up and here i am .

I am finished

So i am completely finished with my undergraduate studies at Ohio University. whooohooo. i may do some extra credit though.... who knows. it feels so weird to be done, but i think it still hasnt quite hit me that i will never see some of these peoeple again. weird. i move this sunday to katie watsons place. thats where i'll be living for the summer. itll be good. i just really dont want to pack all my crap. i need to start tonight. i need to get rid of a ton of stuff. if you want any clothes-size 7 to 9, come let me know... ill give you some. today will be a busy day.... i need to go to work in a few minutes.. i am at the OPIE office now. after work i go to katies to see the place and get the rules. then i have some free time, but tongiht the French Bens are cooking for cara and I ... we are bringing dessert. then i may hit up a few bday/graduation parties... then who knows.

i am really going to miss college, however, i feel like i am ready to move on. i am ready to get out there in this world and do stuff. i am happy that i wpont have to study anymore. yes!

its doughnut day at work today.. that makes me happy... im hungry.. maybe ill start running again this summer since ive been a lazy bum.. i guess the dogs ill be watching get up early..

im out. goign to eat some doughnuts and work till 430.

right now it is 3 am. i may just stay up all night. why not. i am still workign on my project. i just found out that i had a lot more than i had anticipated.... to be continued...

procrastination

so today i have been perfecting the art of procrastination. I have a lot of final touches to do for tomorrow. tomorrow i will be done with all my work for the quarter. tomorrow i am finished with my undergraduate studies. one would think i could just buckle down this one last time and finish strong... but NO, i have wasted time on the facebook, watching tv, checking my email, looking at pictures, talking on IM, doing everything possible to distract me from my finishing touches on the project that i have to present tomorrow. awesome... i have no clue what to present. ugh. oh well. in 14 hours this shoudl all be over. rock on.

tonight was the pizza party for the last day of English for All class. we had pizza then went to skippers. the teachers and students. fun times. i really am going to miss this class.

random thing of the day. i was checking my cell phone and saw i had a missed call from a random number.. so i just called the number thinking it was a friend and they just didnt leave the message. so someone answers and i ask them if they called me. it was some lady asking me if i knew terry, and asking me who i was. i just said my name is jen and i dont know anyone named terry, you must have the wrong number, im sorry. hang up. then 10 min later, i am trying to print something at mccracken and i get a call again. its this same lady. apparently my num,ber is in her husbands cell phone under someones name and she is just calling to check and see who i am. so now she thinks i am having an affair with her husband. i am in the computer lab mind you and there are all these people sitting around me, and yes i am that random, :you shuldnt talk about this in public) person. i am trying to say that she doesnt have to worry, i am not having an affair with your husband-but descretely so all these ppl in the computer lab dont hear me, but then i come off weird on the phone. ugh what a situation.

life is sad sometimes. it breaks my heart to know that people do this stuff all the time. marriages are wrecked all the time becuase one person cant control themselves. people are sttinkin selfish. so i am so sad to hear that this lady suspects her husband is having an affair. i hate that people cheat on one another. trust is a big thing. i honestly dont think i could trust someone again if they ever did something like that to me.....

I love NYC

Ok, so i so want to move to NYC. I loved it there. there are so many people from all over and i just think it is great. i like that it is easy to get around. i think i may move there after france. maybe for a year. i dont know. i liked it. i found a french church. i met lots of people who spoke french as well.

so friday night me and 31 japanese students rolled out of OU at 9pm. we slept most of the way.. or at least I did since one of my talents is sleeping anywhere. we arrived at the hotel at 830 am. it was an okay hotel, however i dont reccommend it. they werent too pleasent. they also charged us 10$ per person to carry our bags... although i dont recal them ever really taking our bags anywhere. those bums. they will hear from me tomorrow. then we went out to the UN. i thought it was pretty cool. really interesting. then we went to grand central station, radio city music hall, rockefeller center, times square, (this was all 32 of us together) then back to the hotel. then my group of 6 went to the statue of liberty, ground zero, china town and little italy. we ate in china town and then had dessert in little italy. yummmm... then we went back to the hotel.

sunday morning, we had a 4 hour bus tour of nyc in japanese. fun times. i just kept hearing Jen san.... i just pretended like i knew what the tour guide was saying . haha. then we got into smaller groups and my ggroup went to times square, empire state building, central park, and then dinner at night. it was great. then my room stayed up late chatting.

i loved going, and it was a great trip, but somewhat stressful at times, i was the only leader of the 31 students and i was so nervous that somethign bad would happen,,,, but nothing did. thats rockin. i slept the bus ride back and then stayed up till 4 am working on my project. i should be workign on it now. haha. lack of motivation...

well i am off... maybe to work on my project. thursday, i will be done with everythign. i am so happy!
