its tuesday. its sunny. the weather is great.

i have to go to work now.

nothing exciting to report. had a good run today.

i need to get motivated. i need to email people, study japanese and french, and read more. i have been so lazy. time to change!

looking forward to my destination run for this coming weekend. i have some good ideas. just have to check the mileage and route!
