if you do stupid things....you'll probably get caught

if you are famous, you are not invincible. you cant do stupid things like drugs and expect there to be no consequences. grrr. famous people are stupid. marion jones.... did you think you werent going to get caught? cheater cheater pants on fire. give those awards to people that earned them. people that were honest and deserved them. grrr.. dont worry friends and family. when i become a famous runner, i wont take any illegal substances.

lets talk abut the chicago marathon for a moment. wow. crap. thats bad stuff. who wouldve thought that it would be 88 degrees. fortunatly most of the big races in japan are from nov-april. no hot weather then.

other news: rachael is here. she came saturday and i wore her out and we went to bed at 8 30. (i was as tired if not more- i ran 11 miles and then took a 32km bike ride before picking her up.) sunday we went to church. lunch. shopped. good dinner at willie and mimis and a movie. then it was a holiday and i had monday off. this was great! i woke up at 6 to run. it was raining. so i went back to bed. woke up at 8. still raining. went back to bed. woke up at 10. still raining, stayed up. then i was bored and it was only misting, so i did my 9 mile run. then i finally watched greys anatomy. then got ready to meet some cool friends in nagoya.

met 2 girls for dinner. we had a great time laughing and being stupid. the peole next to us brought their bear collection and ewre pretending to feed them . a little bizarre. (and i cant get a boyfriend? maybe i should bring my bears along...) then i met my other friend, chris, and we talked and laughed and called rexy. fun times.


now its tuesday and back to the grind. back to work. ugh. oh well. ill survive. maybe. but the good news is, its only a 4 day week since yesterday was a holiday. yeah!!!!!!!!!

i have run 1004 miles as of today! yes!!!!!!!
