Columbus Ohio - Weather changes and keeps you active. Sunnier than Cleveland but not as sunny as a lot of places in the US. Not many touristy things to do but has some large town amenities. Small town living atmoshphere in may surrounding burbs. Far enough away from the east coast but not more than a day drive to many locations. Location makes you enjoy vacations more. Flat for running and biking but bad for snow sking. The people I love the most are from OH (one born in Fremont and one born in Akron to point out two) -- Guess who
Aix-en-Provence, PACA, France.
I think you know the area a little. ;)
sunny most of the year, lovely markets, French food, French cheese, French wine, French language, ... don't worry about the French post office or French banks... we can't have it all! But did I mention the Mediterranean SEA? And your beloved Marseille at 25 km? Hmmm we could be neighbors and running buddies. What more could you want?! At least come visit us ok? :) We miss you

Columbus, OH - The weather sucks most of the time. It's still a great place, though, because it's close to Athens, it's in the greatest country in the world (no offense to anyone else!), and Abercrombie came from here... what more could you want, right???!! Live the dream...
Winnipeg Manitoba..... definitely don't like the weather... the winters are too long and cold. Its stays in the -30degrees Celcius for a few months and its dirty (mud or salt dirt) most of the year.... in summer its a happening place but summers are too short....also a lot of crime, but friendly people here. Everyone talks to everyone and pretends to be genuinely happy. I wouldnt recommend living here unless you're an immigrant who wants to immigrate to Canada (cause they'll send you here because its the place in Canada few people want to live).... but apparently its one of the cheapest places to live in North America.... go figure...I miss Japan!!!
