I broke every rule known to the french school system today. You know in the U.S. there is one office, a main one? And you can ask questions there (high school). well I went to an office this morning to change a classroom.. well I was nervous and flustered and I just asked the question and she kept saying bonjour to me till I realized I forgot (this is a big no no in france... you have to say bonjour to someone when you enter a place) then after I said bonjour she made me ask my question again only to tell me I had to go somewhere else.

So I go down the hall to the other office and walk in... only to find that its an office that you have to knock before you go in. so I barge in during a meeting (this time i remember to say bonjour) and I proceed to ask my question and she tells me to come back later to do this.

So I leave but there's no later cause I need the new classroom in 2 min and I go find my students and we wander around looking for an empty classroom. (this is the same class where last week the students and I couldnt get the CD player to work so we barged around the classes and asked each teacher for their DVD player and then someone had to unlock it and etc)

Finally we found a classroom and i was able to teach my students.
