got a tent

yesterday i went and picked up a 2 person tent. yay! hiro and i have big plans to go to the beach and camp during a 3 day weekend we have. im really excited! this summer has lots of fun things coming up! camping. summer festivals. the last weekend of july and the first weekend of august. bud is coming in less than a month. going to kyoto with bud hiro and rach,

its july but the weather is still ok. its been raining a lot but the nights are cool and i've only needed 1 fan so far.

this year is going by fast though. more than half over. also the 2nd half usually goes by really fast. especially after summer vacation. ill have parent observations and halloween parties and busy at work, and before i know it, its already winter vacation!

the bad news is that my back has been bothering me, on the other side. so after getting a block shot last friday, i am ordered to not exercise and just do daily activity. its been rough but i really want/need to take care of myself as i have a triathlon in 2 months. so hopefully ill heal in the next 5 days and be out training again on monday.

it has been nice to have time to do lots of stuff in the morning.

ok well off to take the trash out and shower and hopefully head to the grocery store.
