i dont know why i am admitting to what i listen to while i run on the treadmill. its pretty embarassing actually.

yeah so those are the ones i listen to everyday on the treadmill. i know youre jealous of my good music taste.



anyways... whats new... just been working, running. saying goodbye to my friends who left this week. wednesday was a holiday (spring equinox-gotta love it) so i got up and went to breakfast with tomomi. then we went on a bike ride around kasugai. i got a library card. then came and cleaned. took a nap....with the window open. the weather is getting really nice.

tonight a friend, curtis and his girlfriend came over. she just moved to japan, near my place actually, and she cant move into her place right away so they dropped off some bags untill she can move in.

i just foung out a few days ago that i have a full 9 day vacation coming up the end of april, beginning may. i am trying to figure out what to do for this time. im in the mood for an adventure. we'll see. if you have any suggestions, write a comment.

last weekend i ran 23 miles. this saturday i only have to do 17. im so excited! the marathon is only about 3 weeks away. wow. its coming up quickly!

i watched the mens figure skating competition on tv (it was in tokyo) and that provided 2 nights of fun. yeah for france winning, japan in 2nd place and switzerland coming in 3rd. however, i do seriously wonder about the glittery costumes...


i watched greys anatomy last week and i am eagerly anticipating this weeks episode, (i dont get it till friday night) i cant beleive izzie slept with george. this may sound trivial, but why george? alex is the best one.

well i think thats about all. i love funny stories from friends!
