running outside
recently ive been lazy and just running on the treadmill at the gym. but this week i have been running outside. not so much. about an hour 3 times this week and its great great weather! cool and sunny. so i better enjoy it now, cause soon itll be hot hot hot!
im feeling pretty good this week. monday i ran 7 miles then aerobics class and them swam 700m. tuesday i ran 30 min. aerobics class and then swam 1km wednesday i was a lazy bum. thursday, i ran for 1 hour, took a 15 minute stretch class, a 45 minute body pump class, and bikes for 15 minutes. today my plan is to run 5 miles and swim for 30 minutes. possibly yoga class as well, but im not sure yet...
ive been studying again as well. i kinda took april off from studying japanese and it really wasnt a good idea. i forgot a lot of stuff. but im trying again. so little by little hopefully ill improve!
other than that, nothing new... it was a busy week at work. thankfully today is friday. i start at 2, but start teaching at 4:20 and only have a 50 min class, a 15 min phonics class, a 50 minute class and then 2 classes that are 40 minutes each. not so bad. usually i have 5 or 6 5 classes for 50 minutes. so today will be a nice friday!
