today at 1 i am going to get an epidural steroid injection. i'm a little nervous. but it should be ok. my boss is going with me. i just dont know what to expect. i think ill have some pain and discomfort after, but who knows. last time i got an injection, it was not a big deal, but i still didnt feel great after that one... so this one doesnt seem too promising.

well hopefully it all goes well and i can start running again soon!
