hello from toulouse

so here i am in toulouse. its been good. got in friday at 7 and ate a kebab and drank some tea with the boys. then i went to the girls apt and slept. we got up the next morning and i RAN! yes thats right, i finally went running again. it was a beautiful day. alyssa and i went running then we came back and all of us girls just lounged around the afternoon. then tiffany heidi and i went on a little walk around toulouse. i like this town. its really nice and clean! haha then we all went to see a french basketball game where some people we knew were playing.

some things i learned at this game.

1. i dont know french chants to yell during the game. so my yelling consits of Go and defense.
2. its fun to give people nicknames
3. its fun to pretend to be commentating on the game
4. there is a magic spray involved in sports here.


let me explain.

gold shoes AKA goldy, got hurt at the game. he was on the ground and could put no weight on his leg. he winced and was obviouly in a lot of pain. 2 people helped him off the court. they sit him down and spray this stuff on his knee. 2 seconds later, hes walkingaround. then a little after, like 10 min later, hes back in the game. playing hard. no signs of pain. my question is...WHAT IS THIS SPRAY??? why have i never seen it anywhere? is this anything like the windex in My Big Fat Greek Wedding?

well im off to church and tonight should be a good night. want to know why? ill give you one hint. can you bring me my chapstick? my lips hurt real bad!
